Today is our showcase of Just Plane Awesome and Just Plane Awesome Sentiment Trails and their coordinating dies! I absolutely love these mice and all of their adventures!
For my card today, the mice are creating some mischief in the classroom.
I have a background created with pattern paper from the Really Rainbow Paper Pad and Dolphin Cardstock.
Next I created a chalkboard using the Small & Large Stitched Rectangles die set. I die cut it from Paper Bag and Storm Cloud cardstock. I trimmed a small piece of the Paper Bag cardstock down to create the shelf or ledge of the chalkboard.
Before adhering my chalkboard together, I heat embossed a sentiment in white using the Just Plane Awesome stamp set, masking off part of it. The first part of the sentiment I created using Cole’s ABC’s cut from rainbow colors of cardstock and topped off with Stickles.
For the rest of my scene, I used Just Plane Awesome, Just Plane Awesome Sentiment Trails and You’re Just My Type.
I tucked some of the individual airplanes behind the chalkboard .
