Hero Arts My Monthly Hero March 2023

Hello friends! It’s time for another My Monthly Hero Release from Hero Arts! Let’s kick this off by showing you what’s included in the Classic and Premium Version,

The Classic Kit is shown above. It includes

  • Clear 6″ x 8″ Stamp Set
  • 10 Coordinating Dies
  • Fruit Cling Background Stamp
  • Intens-ified Black Ink Cube
  • Clay Fruit Embellishments
  • 2 Sheets of Kiwi and Coral Cardstock, 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″
  • 5 Sheets of Watercolor paper, 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″

The Premium version shows above includs

  • Classic Kit PLUS
  • Fruit & Veggie Window Die
  • 2 Liquid Watercolor Neon Brights in Orange and Green
  • 5 Mini Brushes

Now onto some inspiration!

I heat embossed the background stamp included in the kit onto white cardstock with white embossing powder.

Then I ink blended on Taffy, Creamsicle and Lemon Drop Reactive Inks using a blending brush. I went over some of the areas of the fruit with a waterbrush to lift the ink for a reactive look.

I added in the Cabbage, Corn, Crate that I created from the monthly release along with a colored in image. The sentiment is also from the Classic kit that I stamped in Black onto White cardstock and trimmed out.

I also added in some of the fun clay embellishments.

Another card I wanted to share with you features the background stamp from the kit stamped in Sand Ink onto Sand cardstock for a tone on tone look.

I added this fun truck with the basket of goodies and cute little pup!

I paper pieced my truck to add dimension.

Hope you enjoyed today’s inspiration!
