Floral Vase Layering Stencil

Welcome friends! Today I have a card to share using the Floral Vase Stamp and Layering Stencil from Honey Bee Stamps. There is something very unique about this stamp set that I couldn’t wait to try!

VIDEO

I have a video tutorial that you can watch down below or HERE on my Youtube channel.

What I found really interesting about this set is the layering of the image with the coordinating die.

First, I stenciled my flower using a variety of inks from Gina K Designs and blending brushes.

Now you can either attach the full image to a card front or stencil/color in the other smaller images, die cut and layer those images on top of your arrangement. I popped the layers up with thin foam squares so you can kind of see the dimension it adds.

I kept the background simple by ink blending on a spotlight of sorts using the Circle Spotlight stencil.

I trimmed this panel down and added to a fog card base. The sentiment comes from the Get Well Soon stamp set from Honey Bee Stamps.

Be sure to check out the video for the full tutorial and tips I share along the way.
