My card today features the Fancy Cake Wafer Die. It comes with candles but I thought it would be a great time to create a wedding card. These are the events that seem to pop up and I have nothing ready.
I die cut the base layer of the cake from white cardstock and the layers from shimmer white cardstock. I added the layers to the cake using foam squares to give it added dimension.
There is also additional dies you can purchase to dress up your cake, which I’ll link below but instead I added a smidge of color using some of the ephemera from the Limited Edition 2022 Love Card Kit.

I wanted to keep this all pretty simple but yet have some shine. So I added the Splatters from the Splatters Sentiments Hot Foil Plate to a white background.
I also used the Brushed Sentiments Hot Foil Plate from Pinkfresh Studio which is popped up on the front of my card.
These adorable little hearts are from the ephemera pack in the Love Kit which I thought added such a finishing touch.
This card is all finished off by adding to an Ivory card base.
