Now onto some inspiration!

CAN’T WAIT TO SEE YOU

This is another version of a card I shared for the Countdown. I always gets questions about my countdown card so I’m including it in my video and added a moon.

HOPE TO SEE YOU SOON

Here are some more cards that are NOT included in the video but I wanted to share with you using some of the Add Ons this month that coordinate so well with the kit.

This card is using the City Window Fancy Die. I really do love window scenes.

On a piece of white cardstock I ink blended Fruit Punch and Lemon Drop to create a sun. Then I die cut the City Window from white cardstock. Before adding the window over the top, I stamped a sentiment from the Wherever You Go stamp set.

Then I could add my window over my blended background using foam tape to add dimension. I also added a tree and lamp post from the City Park Heroscape.

One last card I want to share is the Wherever You Go stamp set.

I have to admit I have loving these building stamp sets. Who knew?!

I stamped the buildings on white cardstock with embossing ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder.

Next I ink blended on a rainbow of colors including Taffy, Lemon Drop, Splash and Thistle Reactive Inks.

I also added a hill from the City Park Heroscape stamped in Lime Green and then ink blended on Fresh Lawn at the bottom with a blending brush. This is a cool trick! Stamp in one color and lightly ink blend over the top with a darker color.

Hope you enjoyed today’s inspiration! I have more to share soon!

Hi, Mindy – I love to see your work daily or almost so. Today’s no exception. I already saw the card w/ the silhouette and the water in the background. It’s exceptionally good. Today I am treated to the “Sending Hugs” and “Wishing We Lived Closer” cards – both beautiful and cheerful. The “Can’t Wait to See You” card is also terrific.
