Cards Distress Oxide Inks Glimmer Hot Foil Slimline Cards Spellbinders

New Slimline Collection

Welcome everyone! I have some inspiration to share using products from the new Slimline Collection from Spellbinders. This is just one of many that have been released.

The die I’m featuring is the Flowering Slimline Etched Dies which has this beautiful pattern all over the front. It also have a rectangle in the middle where you can stamp or foil a sentiment.

I loved the pattern so much I decided to highlight it by adding ink blending behind it.

I ink blended Dried Marigold, Worn Lipstick, Seedless Preserves and Chipped Sapphire Distress Oxide Inks. Then I added sparkly splatters using Perfect Pearls in Confetti White and a bit of water.

Glimmer foil is so much fun and beautiful to add to cards but hard for me to photograph.

I used a sentiment from the Essential Glimmer Sentiments and foiled it with Opal Foil. I trimmed out the sentiment and added to the front of my card with foam tape to give dimension to my card.

Very clean and simple and yet combining one of my favorite things which is ink blending.

Hope you enjoyed today’s inspiration and be sure to check out the other new products in this Slimline Collection.
