Welcome everyone! I’m excited to be celebrating the latest release from Tonic Studios in their blog hop. We are showcasing the amazing new Shoot For The Moon Stamp Club bundle inspired by Maria Willis. This is an outstanding set and exclusive to Tonic Studios.
This is a large 6″ x 8″ stamp set with 15 stamps and 11 dies including 2 embossing plates. The dies come precut and ready to use! They also come packaged in high quality plastic envelopes with a tab for labeling and binder holes on the side which make them fit perfectly in the A5 Ring Binders.
I couldn’t resist creating a dramatic background for the moon. To create the background, I taped down a piece of watercolor card stock to a flat surface. Then I spritzed on a little water, added the Meteorite Shower Nuvo Shimmer Powder, spritzed more water to move it around and let air dry. It creates the most amazing backgrounds!
After the panel was dry and trimmed down to 3 3/4″ x 5″, I ink blended the edges with Black Soot Distress Ink.
I added the silhouette trees using Black Licorice and Storm Cloud card stock.
The gorgeous moon is created by heat embossing the image in Silver embossing powder onto Fog card stock and trimming out with a circle die.
Magical right?! The stamp set also has stars and mountains that you could add.
This is such a beautiful set and was perfect for a birthday card that I needed for the end of the month for my brother.
