Today I’m featuring the Tranquility Rose Simple Coloring Stencil Set and stamp set. These stencils create such a beautiful layered rose and it’s really easy to line everything up.
I started out with a background I created by stamping these smaller images onto Speckled Egg card stock with Sand Dunes ink. This adds just some subtle interest to the background without over powering my image I’ll be placing on top.
I wanted a black outline for my image so I stamped my them first in Obsidian ink. Then I used the Tranquility Rose stencil set with the Altenew Ink Blending Tools. I ink blended Coral Berry, Ruby Red and Grapevine for the flower and Firefly, Grass Field and Shadow Creek for the leaves.
I used the coordinating die to cut everything out and started to arrange the images on my card front.
The sentiment also comes from the Tranquility Rose stamp set. I heat embossed it in Gold onto Black card stock and trimmed to a thin strip. I love how the black pops off of the card.
