I’m so excited to be joining in Altenew’s 6th Anniversary Blog Hop! Congratulations to Altenew! I have been so blessed to have been able to work with them this past year. They has so many amazing products.
Today I’m featuring two of my favorite products from Altenew. This is the Layered Dahlia Stencil and Fancy For You Word Die. Stencils have always been a go-to of mine but this time I decided to step it up a little.
I masked off the leaves and ink blended Orange Cream and Coral Berry for the flower using a blending brush. When ink blending the leaves, I masked off the leaves and applied Firefly and Shadow Creek inks.
Another one of my favorite things about Altenew is their variety of ink colors. They offer beautiful color combinations that make layering images a breeze!
I trimmed the blended panel down to 3 3/4″ x 5″ and added to an A2 size white notecard.
Another one of my favorite is the Fancy For You Word Die. It’s such a beautiful script and can be used for any occassion.
I die cut the word from Black cardstock three times and adhered together with liquid glue. After attached to the card front, I applied Midas Touch Aqua Shimmer Pen.
