Welcome back everyone. Today I’m sharing numerous cards created with the a couple of the new Turnabout stamp sets from Concord & 9th. I’ll be featuring the Marbled Turnabout and the Birthday Basics Turnabout set and die.
This is such an amazing release but I have to say I think this marbled background is my fav!
Doesn’t this first card remind you of a lollipop? Using a piece of Neenah Solar White cardstock 110 lb, I stamped my Marbled background. For inks, I used Cherry Red, Passionate Pink, and Bubblegum Pink. I heat embossed on top of my last color with WOW Clear Sparkle Embossing Glitter. Seriously, adding some sparkle with the embossing powder is the icing on the cake!
I die cut my sentiment using the banner from the Everyday Bouquet Turnabout Tool Kit. I die cut once with Pixie Dust cardstock and once with Red Velvet Cardstock. I then die cut the Thanks from the Red Velvet and layered my pieces with Connect glue.
My marbled panel is trimmed down to 4″ x 5 1/4″ and added to an A2 size notecard. My sentiment is added to the center with foam tape.
My next card is also featuring the Marbled Turnabout. This time I went with a grey combo. I stamped my marbled background with Hickory Smoke, Weathered Wood, and Black Soot Distress Inks. On the last color, after the ink was dry, I heat embossed with WOW Cloud 9.
I trimmed my panel down to 4″ x 5 1/4″ and then in half from corner to corner so you can get two cards from this one background. Unfortunately, I messed up my other card so I only have the one half haha!
My sentiment is from the Birthday Turnabout. I heat embossed in Brutus Monroe Sterling Embossing Powder onto black cardstock. I trimmed down the sentiment to a thin strip and added to the card with foam tape.
Next up is featuring the Birthday Turnabout stamp set and die set.
My first card, is all die cutting. I love the big balloon in the middle. I die cut the balloon from Passionate Pink Cardstock and drew in a little strip for the balloon. I love the little bursts on the side that I die cut from Gold Glitter cardstock.
Really simple and adorable birthday card just from die cutting!
Next is using the Birthday turnabout stamp. Such an amazing stamp set! I stamped my images in Picked Raspberry, Twisted Citron, Peacock Feathers and Wilted Violet Distress Oxides Ink. Then trimmed the panel down to 4″ x 5 1/4″ and added to an A2 size cardbase I created from Passionate Pink cardstock.
The sentiment is stamped three times onto black cardstock and heat embossed with Alabaster embossing powder. I love how the black pops off the card!
These are just a couple of the amazing new sets that were released from Concord & 9th this month!

I'm obsessed with marbling, and these cards are fantastic. Looks like I'll be getting into the turnabout world! I've resisted up until now.
