Happy Saturday everyone !! Welcome to the first challenge of the year! Today’s challenge with Kraftin Kimmie Stamps is “sentiments”. There are so many great sentiments to choose from.
For my card today, I chose the stamp set A Bit Smart Assy because these sentiments rock! I start by creating a background using a star die and some gold glitter paper. I randomly arranged the stars on my cardstock panel, trimmed off any that were hanging over the edge and attached to a black 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ cardbase.
Then I cut out a strip of cardstock so I would have a stitched border around my edges. Using my misti tool, I stamped the sentiment to the middle of the stitched strip. I used foam tape to adhere this to the top of my card. I love these inspiring sentiments!
