Hello friends! Today we are sharing inspiration with the Itsy Bitsy Polka Dot Background Hot Foil Plate.

I started my card by first ink blending a background with Salt Water Taffy and Scattered Straw Distress Oxide ink.

Once the ink blended panel is dry, I used the Itsy Bitsy Background Hot Foil Plate with Champagne glimmer foil and my hot foil system.

I trimmed the background out with a rectangle die and added a scalloped border.

For the sentiment, I used the Girl It A Whirl Messages Friends and heat embossed it in gold embossing powder. Then trimmed out with the coordinating die for the stitched edge.

I embellished around the front of my card with gold and silver glitter stars that I die cut out with the hearts and stars skinny tag die.
