Halloween Window Shaker Card: Pretty Pink Posh Release

Hey friends! There is a fun new release from Pretty Pink Posh and today I’m creating a Halloween Window Shaker card. I know Halloween is not everyone’s thing but it’s totally mine and love creating with it.

VIDEO

I am walking through my process and you can view that down below or HERE on my Youtube channel.

Now even though you might not want to create Halloween cards, I still encourage you to watch the video as you still might pick up something that you can use in your cardmaking.

I walk through everything in the video, so I will briefly go over the supplies used.

To create the window I’m using the Pretty Pink Posh Storybook 1 Die and 80 lb white cardstock.

For the scene behind the window, I’m ink blending Shaded Lilac and Spun Sugar. Then adding interest to the background with some copic white.

On the front panel, I’m using the Starry Background Stencil with Gold Glitz Glitter Gel.

For the inside of my shaker, I am using the Iridescent Mini Circles.

These ghosts come from the Ghost Friends stamp set that I stamped in Jet Black Ink.

In the video, I’m briefly go over a new alcohol marker that I recently got. I don’t go into huge detail about it but you can check out more information about them HERE. They are the OLO markers. Yes, they are an investment but the good thing is if you are interested in them you can use both copics and OLO markers on your projects. It doesn’t have to be an all or nothing.

I finished off the front of the card with the Boo die cut from Black Glitter cardstock.

Hope you enjoyed today’s fun project! I will more Halloween cards to share very soon!
