Gina K Designs Layered Carnation + SALE!

Hey friends! I have a card to share using the Gina K Designs Layered Carnation. It’s been a while since I used this set. I don’t know why I don’t use it more, it’s such a gorgeous layering image!

Before I get started, I want to let you know about a sale happening now over at Gina K Designs!

Get 20% off from July 1-4 using the code JULY2022 at checkout.

This sale does not apply to the special discounted bundles that are available or Clearance section but everything else is included!

I have a video for you today as well. You can catch that down below or HERE on my Youtube channel.

I think I should call this a timeless classic because that is what it says to me with these colors.

I stamped the Layered Carnation in Light Carnation, Medium Carnation and Dark Carnation inks. For leaves, I’m using the Foliage Fillers cut from Grass Green cardstock.

Now for the life of me I could not find my Winter Window stamp and die set to cut out this shape so I used the window from Master Layouts 5.

I then trimmed this panel out with the Master Layouts 2 so I could have the stitched edge. For a bit of dimension, I popped up the panel onto a piece of In The Navy cardstock.

While I loved the window panes in the center, I was having trouble attaching my sentiment that I die cut from gold cardstock using the Caps YOU. So I cut out the window panes.

I also added a smaller sentiment from the Sentiment Sheets – Birthday Babble and cut off the word YOU so it fit with my die cut word.

I completed the design with some of the Soft White Pearl embellishments added with liquid glue.

I hope you enjoyed today’s card project. This would be great for birthdays, weddings or maybe even a graduation party if you still have those trickling through the summer. Ooo maybe even a baby or wedding shower.

Don’t forget when you spend $75 or more on the Gina K Designs website, you receive the incentive set for FREE! I believe Gina said that this set will be different then what is pictured on the website.
