You can catch the tutorial down below or HERE on my Youtube channel. (affiliate links used at no additional cost to you)

I’ll be using some new products from the amazing Peace On Earth release from Simon Says Stamp.

Distress micro glaze comes in a small jar, affordable and goes a long way! It’s also great for techniques like the one I’m going to share tonight. I’m seen Jennifer and Kristina do this and it’s a lot of fun to do!

To really make magic with this technique you will need distress oxides, alcohol ink carstock, and distress micro glaze.

I provide full instructions in my video so below I will list the main supplies used. Please refer to the video HERE for more details.

In all three of my cards for this technique – here are the main supplies I’ll be using. You can switch out your sentiment for whatever you need it to be.

These next cards are not a part of the video but I wanted to share some additional inspiration from the release.

This card features the new Berries and Leaves Stencil. I ink blended with Limelicious and Pearfection ink from Simon Says Stamp using blending brushes.

I trimmed this panel down with the A2 Layering dies from Waffle Flower and added a sentiment from Clean Line XL Stamp set stamped in Versafine Ink.

After attaching to an A2 size white cardbase, I added bits of Crystal Lacquer to the areas where the berries where would be. I turned a holiday stencil into an everyday stencil which stretches my supplies.

Next we have the Geometric Snowflake stencil. I ink blended this onto white cardstock using Ocean Ink and a blending brush.

After trimming down my stenciled panel to 3 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, I added it to a white cardbase.

I also added one of the images from the Winter Seals that I had stamped in Seafoam Ink and trimmed out with circle die.

Did you know that the sentiment strips from Simon Says Stamp are foilable? I have the regular set so it’s toner ink on white cardstock. Which means when I applied foil and ran this through my laminator, the sentiment is foiled in this gorgeous foil!

I hope you enjoyed today’s inspiration using the new Peace On Earth release from Simon Says Stamp!
