VIDEO: My Monthly Hero January 2021 Release Blog Hop & Giveaway

Starting with a technique that I learned from Jennifer McGuire. This is the dot coloring method using my copic markers.

Copic markers used : V09, V17, V15, V12 for the flower and YG67, YG17, YG13 for the leaves and E37, E35, E33 for the branch.

    1. I did foil a couple of them with the Glimmer foil system. I showed how to do it in my video linked in the post.

    I love how you get so much out of the items you use. The punched-out hexagons from the one die can be used for the next card, etc. I liked all the cards and I agree that the Smakula technique card is a stunner… it just needs a bee to make the “bee-utiful” sentiment make more sense.   35. All of your cards are really pretty! Thanks for showing so many ways to use this super cute release! I LOVE they way you hex cut the stamped background and the gradient blue/yellow. I also love the card where you’ve used the same background in soft yellow ~ love, love love!!! I had trouble with the YouTube, but I’m guessing embossed with the clear sparkle and then rubbed with the pumpkin? I’m amazed that the embossing holds so much of the color!! I will check out the video when it’s working again!! Thanks!!!
