Cards Christmas Copics Interactive Cards Lawn Fawn

Christmas Bears Center Picture Window | Lawn Fawn

Hi everyone! I want to share with you a card I created using the Center Picture Window from Lawn Fawn. It also gives me a good excuse to squeeze in one more Christmas card using these adorable bears. No need to worry though, I will be using these bears again in upcoming cards because they can be used year round!

I’m using images from the Snow Much Fun, Winter Skies, Holiday Helpers and Den Sweet Den stamp sets. I stamped the images onto Lawn Fawn white card stock with Jet Black ink and colored with copic markers. I used E35, E55, E53 & E51 for the bears and G29, G17 & YG06 for the trees.

I die cut a piece of white card stock using the Center Picture Window. Then, I ink blended Merman, Peacock and Deep Sea ink from Lawn Fawn using blending sponges. This color combo creates an amazing teal sky! I laid the Snowflake Trio stencil over the top of my ink blended background and added the Snowflakes with Yeti pigment ink.

I also added snowy hills to the inside of my card by die cutting the hills from the original Shadow Box die using Pixie Dust card stock. Almost all of my elements are glued together using the Lawn Fawn liquid glue as it held up the best against the glitter card stock.

I finished off the inside of the card by heat embossing a sentiment from Holiday Helpers using White embossing powder onto Chili Pepper card stock. Then using the Sentiment Banners die to trim it down.

I kept the front of my card very simple. I used the same colors as the inside of the card for my sky. Then just added this adorable sleeping bear next to a tree.

Here is a copic coloring chart that I created for your reference or you can Pin it and save for later.

I LOVE the color of the sky. I also like how you used the Yeti ink for the snowflake stencil. You did that on kraft (or some such similar color) when you made the vertical slimline card w/ the three heart openings about ?? 2 wks ago. I believe that other card was also made w/ LF stamps and dies. This card is adorable… and you’re right: those bears can be used year round.
    Blessed Christmas to you!!
