Welcome everyone! I’m so excited to participate in today’s blog hop featuring the new release from Tonic Studio.

Earlier this year (pre-shut down), I had the wonderful opportunity of attending Creativation. I shared a house with an amazing group of women, a couple I knew and others I didn’t. Even though we didn’t get to really hang out as much as I would have liked, there were some late night chatting sessions in the kitchen. During this time, I got to know this amazing human named Maria Willis. We instantly clicked and continued our friendship long distance. I’m proud to call her a friend.

You don’t find your circle – your circle finds you. I took some leaps by traveling and in return, found amazing friendships.

Today, I’m so excited to share with you a NEW release inspired by friend Maria. She has been working hard behind the scenes in the design process and all of her hard work has paid off! She knocked it out of the park! Great job Maria!

My card is featuring the NEW Heartfelt Corsage stamp/die set. There are quite a few images on this stamp set but I am working with just the large image.

I heat embossed it onto Fabriano watercolor paper with Gold embossing powder.

Then I watercolored my image with the Aqua Flow pens and a paint brush. This was my first time watercoloring with these and I’ll admit, I was pleasantly surprised how well the color moved.

Once I had finished watercoloring, I quickly and carefully went over the images with the Glitter Gloss to add tons of sparkle!

I die cut the image out and added to a panel made from Fog card stock using foam squares. This was then added to a white card base with more foam tape. Lots of dimension going on!

PACKAGING

These come in a high quality plastic sleeve with binder holes so they can easily be added to a binder. The dies are separated already so no snipping! They are ready to use.

There is also another stamp set being released today called Happy Mail and you have to take a second to read the sentiments on this set! There are some sentiments on there that is sure to make someone smile or giggle.
