Cards Christmas Taylored Expressions

Holiday Release with Taylored Expressions

Welcome everyone! I’m so excited to be guest designing with the new release from Taylored Expressions with you today!

I have a video walking through my process that you can view down below or HERE on my Youtube channel so I hope you’ll stop in and check it out!
Little history for you. Over the Summer, I had the priviledge of meeting Taylor from Taylored Expressions. Besides being super tall (I’m also super short lol) she is a wonderful person to chat with! When I very first started stamping about 9 years ago, she was one of the first companies I bought products from. I had stepped away from stamping for a while and I am so over joyed to see Taylor has grown to such an amazing business! Have you seen what she offers online? It’s chalk-full of goodies!
Ok – onto the card. I will start off by saying I’m head over heels in love with this Buffalo Plaid Background stamp. I could sit and create this background over and over in all sorts of colors and just stare at it. For my card though, I stamped it onto Peapod Cardstock with Peapod Ink. Then splattered the background with white ink just to add a little more interest.
I die cut a circle from the center for a window and attached my Woodland Silhouette of a moose that I die cut from Chocolate Truffle Cardstock. I used some gorgeous Sugarcoated Felt die cut from the new Snow Drifts die and added that behind my moose.
The background of the window is stamped with the snowflakes from the Baby It’s Cold Outside stamp set and heat embossed in white embossing powder. Then I lightly ink blended Tumbled Glass and Stormy Sky Distress Oxide ink.
My entire back panel is covered in foam tape and adhered to an A2 size notecard.
I will definitely be making more cards like this! I am so honored and thrilled to be guesting with Taylored Expressions showing off their new release. Be sure to stay tuned as I’ll have more coming up!

Be sure to head over to Taylored Expressions and check out the full release!
