Welcome back everyone! I have a fun stenciled Hello Shaker card to share this afternoon using some products from Pretty Pink Posh. Join me!
This card has actually been done for over a week and I am just finally getting to the blog post and video uploaded. I hadn’t made a shaker in a while and Pretty Pink Posh has the perfect dies for them!
I will start off my card by creating the stenciled background. I use the Abstract Triangle stencil with Mustard Seed, Picked Raspberry and Wilted Violet Distress Inks on Bristol Smooth cardstock. This panel will end up getting trimmed down to 4″ x 5 1/4″ to fit an A2 size cardbase.
To create my shaker, I’m using the Hello Shaker die and die cut it twice. I then trim out the hello on one of them and use that to create my shaker base. I line the back with double sided foam and add an acetate sheet for my window. I fill the shaker with beautiful mixes of Rose Pink Beads, Friendship Mix and Sparkling Clear sequins.
I add a white piece of cardstock to the back to hold in all of my bits and add the second die cut Hello Shaker piece to the front. My shaker can then be added to my card front using double sided tape. I also added a few Pearl White Jewels around my window for added interest.
