Spring Release Week: Magic Iris Butterfly Wreath Add On

Hello and welcome to Lawn Fawn’s Spring 2026 Inspiration and Release week! On February 19 our 7 new stamp sets, coordinating dies and coloring stencils along with 10 new standalone die sets, new paper collection, and more exciting new products will be for sale at your favorite store and at www.lawnfawn.com! Woohoo!

There are a few new products being introduced today and my project is featuring the new Butterfly Wreath Magic Iris Add On. Be sure to check out the Lawn Fawn blog to see more!

I started by creating a background with the Spring Blossoms stencil. I used a bit of Merman and Peacock ink on Mermaid cardstock. Then cut out the panel using the Small Stitched Rectangle die and added it to a Lacy Rectangle cut from white cardstock.

I die cut the wreath from white cardstock and ink blended with Freshly Cut Grass.

The base of the butterflies I cut from white cardstock and colored with alcohol markers and then added a the black frame of the wings/body over the top. I added the butterflies to the wreath with thin foam squares, added white dots using a white gel pen and added shimmer with Unicorn stickles.

The flowers I die cut from white and lightly ink blended the bottoms with ink, leaving the tips white.

For the sentiment I used the Magic Messages. Although I made mine more of a focal point for the card, you can definitely use this with the Magic Iris and turn it into an interactive card.
