Hello friends! I have inspiration to share using the String of Lights cover plate from Lawn Fawn. This might be one of my favorite shaker cards I’ve ever made!

I die cut the String of Lights cover plate from white cardstock twice so I could stack them together for stability. Then I adhered acetate to the back of the panel.

I die cut the bulbs from various colors of glitter cardstock for the extra sparkle.

For the background, I ink blended Moonstone, Fish Tank and Deep Sea then splattered with white paint.

I added foam strips to the back of my string of lights panel to create a well and filled it with a mix of sequins I found in my stash. Then attached my background.

The sentiment is from Merry Messages and stamped in Black Licorice ink then trimmed it down to a rectangle using my paper trimmer.

Oh my gosh what a fun shaker card don’t ya think?!
