Hey friends! We are kicking off inspiration week with Lawn Fawn and their Summer 2022 release. Today we are showcasing Flamingo Floatie, Sunray Background Stencil and Mermazing Mermaid.

I used the Flamingo Floatie in an action wobbler card that you can catch down below or HERE on my Youtube channel.

I used the new Sunray Background stencil but instead of from the top or bottom, I have the rays coming in from the side.

I created the waves using the Ocean Waves stencil and Tumbled Glass, Mermaid Lagoon and Blueprint Sketch Distress Oxide inks.

For the sky I blended on Scattered Straw, Salvaged Patina and and Slaty Ocean Distress Oxide inks. Then added the Sunray Background stencil with Yeti Pigment Ink.

This Flamingo Floatie is so darn cute ! I added a little dimension to it by shading it with some Guava ink. I also added a unicorn sipping on a drink using the Dream Big and On The Beach stamp sets.

The wavy banners is perfect for adding a sentiment from the Wavy Sayings stamp set. The wave of the banner was a perfect match for the waves background.

Next we are featuring the Mermazing Mermaid. I die cut the pieces from white cardstock and copic colored the image so I could add detail.

Once again, I blended a sky background using the Sunray Background stencil. I can’t tell you how excited I am for this stencil!

I also added a few elements from Ahoy Matey and Mermaid for you to fill in my scene.

The water and sand was created with the Stitched Hillside Borders.
