I’m squeezing in a couple challenges and projects before I leave for a trip later this week. This post is for the sketch challenge over at My Favorite Things.
I had done some playing around with a watercolor background using Tim Holtz Watercolor cardstock and Gansai Tambi watercolor set. I’m not real experienced with watercolors so it was fun to play around with creating the galaxy.
Once the galaxy was dry, I die cut it from the Gina K Circle Small Double Stitched Die. My stitched frame border is from the My Favorite Things Single Stitched Rounded Rectangle Die. My little pirate I thought would be perfect for this and she is from the Party Like A Pirate Set. The finishing touch was adding a few drops of the Nuvo Drops – they glitter so it reminded me of stars! All supplies are listed down below.
