What an amazing day today is! I have inspiration to share with you using the new release from Altenew and Amy Tangerine!
This release is not only great for card makers but scrapbooking and journaling as well. I can bet my daughter is going to love these as she is heavily into her junk journal right now. And let me tell you, she is super creative in that journal!
Along with some new stamps and dies are the new ink pads in true Amy Tangerine style. She is all about bright, happy colors and inspirational messages. I’m using some of those colors to create a rainbow all the way around my card. I also want to point out if you are looking for the perfect rainbow colors – this is it! And they blend so beautifully!
The colors I used are:
- Cherry Red
- Tickled Pink
- Peachy Keen
- Lemonade Stand
- Berry Cool
- Easy Breezy
- Be Grapeful

And can we just admire the names of the colors for a minute. I mean, these have got to be the coolest names colors I’ve seen!
After all of my ink blending was dry, I went around the card with a variety of images from the Fresh Start stamp set. I heat embossed the images in a variety of embossing powders, including Rose Gold, Gold, White, and Silver.
The sentiment is from the Hug Life stamp set. I just stamped that ink Black ink and trimmed out with the coordinating die which really makes it pop from the colorful background.
Next, I could not resist this whimsical Rainbow Stencil. This one is called Through The Rainbow and I will say, embrace the imperfections. This rainbow is not meant to line up perfectly which makes it that much more fun!
It also have a coordinating stamp set where I added fun details to the rainbow stamped in Black ink.
I also added the flower from the Hug Life stamp set. Thought it was kind of cool to have that up there at the top like the rainbow is wearing a bow or the flower could represent the Sun. Any way you want to look at it – it looks pretty cool.
I trimmed the panel down and added to an A2 size note card. Then stamped out a sentiment from the A Fresh Start set.
Really digging this last one.
