There is a new release from Pretty Pink Posh and oh my gosh the cuteness in this release…. wow!!

For my card I started with a background. I lightly ink blended Picked Raspberry, Dried Marigold and Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide inks.

Then I placed the Floral Background stencil over the top and blended those same colors on again through the stencil.

For my sentiment, I’m using the coordinating dies from the Hugs Stamp set. I die cut the letters from a variety of colors of cardstock, keeping to the warm tones.

I found some colors of ink that were a shade darker then the cardstock and ink blended about half way up the letters to show some gradation.

I also cut those letters from white cardstock and layered together by slightly off setting them for a shadow.

Before attaching my letters, I stamped and die cut out a few clouds to add behind my word.

The smaller sentiment also comes from Hugs stamp set in which I heat embossed onto black cardstock with white embossing powder. This really makes it stand out from the colorful background.
