Inspiration with Spellbinders

Hi friends! Today I have some inspiration to share using new products from Spellbinders!

Have you seen the new collection from Bibi Cameron? Wow!! Her butterfly collection is just amazing. She has a few different sets available. Today I’m playing with the Butterfly Card Creator.

I believe at the time of this post, this particular set is out of stock but there are plenty others that are fun to work with or click the Notify Me button so you know when it’s back in stock.

This is a pretty big card front and if you use the base piece like I did, it’s a little over 5″ x 7″. I die cut out the flowers from numerous Spring-like colors. The leaves I die cut from various shades of green and then splattered with Starry Watercolors.

My sentiment comes from the Be Bold Glimmer Sentiments foiled in Polished Brass glimmer foil with my glimmer machine.

My next card has the small butterfly from the Butterfly Card Creator set along with a bit of greenery.

For the background, I dry embossed the Sunrays embossing folder onto white cardstock. It’s the perfect amount of added interest without taking away from the florals and sentiment.

Speaking of the sentiment, I used the Sentiments for Everyday Glimmer Hot Foil collection. This has such a nice variety of sentiments, some of which have a coordinating die.
