Welcome everyone! I’m so excited to be joining in the Altenew blog hop celebrating their latest release including hot foil plates! Oh how I love to foil!
I’m going to kick off the inspiration with one of my favorites which is the Gilded Rose Hot Foil Plate and stencil. This covers almost an entire A2 size card front!
I only used part of the stencil to leave some white space. For the rest of the area I ink blended Ocean Waves and Lavender Fields.
I paired this with the Fancy For You word die cut from Gold Metallic cardstock.
Another card I created with the Gilded Rose Hot Foil Plate and stencil except this time I used Silver Matte foil and some warm colors including Coral Berry and Sunray.
Have you tried the glitter cardstock packs from Altenew? They are amazing! Such a great variety of colors.
This next card features the Sparkle & Bright Hot Foil Plate and Stencil. There is also a Sentiment Banners Hot Foil Plate to add your small sentiments as well.
This card is also the Sparkle Bright Hot Foil Plate and stencil but this time I die cut it out and added to black cardstock to really make it pop.
Ok, get your sunglasses out for this one!
Metallic cardstock is really hard to photograph but I hope I captured the detail for you.
This card features the Dotty Circles Embossing folder. It’s such a versatile embossing folder and great for any occasion.
I embossed metallic cardstock which really pops! For sentiments I’m using the Sentiment Banners Cover Die & Foil Plate and Fancy Celebrate.
