VIDEO: My Monthly Hero Release November 2021 Blog Hop

Welcome everyone! It’s an exciting day today. The new (affiliate links used at no additional cost) My Monthly Hero Kit for November 2021 is now available and we are celebrating with a blog hop filled with tons of inspiration from the Creative team and Hero Arts friends!

VIDEO

I have a video to share with you that you can view down below or HERE on my Youtube channel walking you through the contents of the kit and a card I created using the kit. I love how you can use these die cuts for gift tags or on other crafting projects.

Let’s take a look at this amazing kit.

In this kit you will receive

This kit values at $70 but it’s available for only $34.99! The Hero Arts kits are one of the top valued kits on the market and worth every penny!

Last months kit sold out so if you don’t want to miss out on these kits, be sure to become a subscriber. This ensures you a kit plus you get some amazing deals!

Here’s a look at my card I’m sharing in the video today. I just had to make a snowman.

I added detail to the characters by doing some ink blending around the die cuts pieces before adhering them together.

You can decorate the scarf using the stamp set included in the kit.

I paired my characters with the Candy Canes background stamped on Meadow cardstock with Pine ink.

I’ve had this Snarky Christmas messages stamp set in my collection for a while and thought this was a perfect time to pull it out. I heat embossed this fun sentiment onto Pitch Black cardstock with embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder.

Here’s a look at my countdown card I shared late last week using this adorable reindeer! You can read more about that post HERE.

Here’s some inspiration using the Cozy Winter stamp set that has just been released as well.

I normally do not tell stories but I have a little one for you.

If you ever wanted to know what I was like growing up… this is it lol. This card is pretty much me.

I grew up out in the country and although we had a furnace, my mom loved her wood stove. Funny, this one in the stamp looks pretty close to it.

My mom would haul wood in and stoke this stove up every morning. The first thing I would do when I came downstairs, was park my tush right in front of the stove. I’ve also on plenty of occasions grabbed a blanket and cozied up next to it to read.

To this day, when I go to visit, I park myself right in front of the stove, even if she doesn’t have it going! lol .. old habits are hard to break.

This stamp set and scene brings back so many memories for me.

I also stamped the background using the Argyle Bold prints using Mulled Wine on Cherry cardstock to match my blanket.
