Gatefold Cards: Hero Arts My Monthly Hero Kit Blog Hop & Giveaway

Hello friends and welcome! Today is the kick off to the November 2022 My Monthly Hero Kit from Hero Arts. I wouldn’t sit on the fence about this one, I think it’s going to go fast!

While this kit is designed with tags in mind, you can do so much more! I am going to be showing you how I turned these tags into elements for a Gatefold card. This design was inspired by Jennifer McGuire (with permission)

One more bit of inspiration to share with you that is NOT included in the video but using similar products.

This card features the Ornaments Bold Prints stamped in Cranberry ink onto Cherry cardstock.

This time, I die cut the tree from the Tree & Stockings Tag Fancy Die set from white cardstock. Boy does that pop!

The string of lights was cut from gold glitter cardstock and the sentiment comes from the Winter Wishes stamp set.

Watched your video. Love the idea that you shared from JM about the extra pop from the little white support piece. Does it make the ornament piece lopsided at all? Nice way to turn the tags into cards.
