Welcome back friends! I’m excited to be a part of the Altenew Get Inky with Alcohol Inks blog hop featuring Altenew alcohol inks. I had never tried these from Altenew before so this was a lot of fun to play with!
I am using Yupo paper for my card today which is a synthetic cardstock that will not absorb the ink.

The colors I’m using today come from the Lapis Lazuli set and Tea Party collection.
I like to work on a glass surface when creating backgrounds. I also like use Isopropyl Alcohol 91% to move the colors around.

I love how these colors mixed together to create this shade of purple.

For the front of the card, I am using the Fine Frames Diamonds from Gold Mirror cardstock and the Fancy Thanks sentiment die cut from glitter cardstock.

Thanks so much for stopping by today! Supplies are listed down below. If interested in the glass mat that I like to work on you can use code MINDY20 for 20% off.

Mindy I am a fan of yours. I loved how you showcased a full alcohol panel and added simple die cuts to finish it off. Sometimes its nice to be reminded that one doesn’t need to do too much to an already showstopper background.
