Altenew Cards Glimmer Hot Foil Stencils

Altenew Vintage Galore Collection Release Blog Hop & Giveaway

Hello friends ! I’m excited to be joining Altenew today celebrating their Vintage Galore release with a blog hop. I have lots of inspiration to share!

I’m kicking it off with the Golden Days Stencil and Hot Foil Plate. I believe a person needs at least one large foil plate in their collection. They create the most gorgeous clean and simple cards.

For this card, I foiled the image in Champagne glimmer hot foil and added the layers with the stencil. I know a friend that is going to love this card because her favorite color is yellow.

The sentiment comes from the Folk Flowers set. I die cut the word 3 times from black cardstock and layered together. I carefully picked a spot on my image that didn’t have foil and stamped the smaller sentiment in black ink.

Another card using the Golden Days hot foil and stencil set except this time in blues. I used blue glimmer hot foil and ink blended with Tide Blue and Sea Breeze.

I added my large flower with foam squares to a background created with the Dotted Tile Debossing Cover plate.

I finished off the card with a sentiment from the Sentiment Strips 3 stamp set.

Next up is the Folk Flowers Stamp, Die and Stencil combo. This is just the cutest little set!

I stenciled the image with Frosty Pink, Ruby Red, and Emerald Green. Then added the details of the image with the stamp set and black ink.

I used the coordinating die to cut out the image and I also die cut this shape from gold cardstock to layer behind the image.

The background of the card is created with the Dotted Tile Debossing Plate and I lightly ink blended on some Frosty Pink.

Last but not least is the Golden Days Stamp and Die bundle.

I thought I would experiment a little with colors and stamped my flower with Limestone, Silver Stone, Coral Berry and Buttercream.

I really like that little hint of grey with a pop of color in the petals.

For the background, I used the Dotted Tile Debossing Folder but in a light blue cardstock.

I had a lot of fun creating with the release and will definitely be using these in future cards.
