Welcome everyone to the release of the My Monthly Hero Kit from Hero Arts for September 2021. This may be my favorite one of the year and there have been some amazing kits this year! The kit this month features a stamp and stencil that you can use separately or together to create this stunning bunch of sunflowers.
For today, I’m going to show you how to do partial die cutting to create a fun edge card since this image takes up a good portion of a card front. I’m also going to show you a little trick I like to do to get my images lined up perfectly with a stencil.

Here are a few additional cards I created with some of the Add Ons products this month.
This first card features the Color Layering Pumpkin and Hello Autumn Stamp Set.
I used Apricot, Crimson, Green Apple and Pine for the stamping of the pumpkin.
I heat embossed the swirls of leaves from the Hello Autumn stamp behind the pumpkin in gold embossing powder.
This next card below is quite busy. I have an ink blended background using the Fall Leaves Stencil using Butter Bar, Apricot and Green Apple Ink with flicks of Gold and Rose Gold Glimmer Metallics.
I die cut the Autumn Leaves Fancy Die from some random backgrounds I created a while back with Mica Sprays.
I also used the Hexagon Infinity dies for my sentiment using Dove White cardstock, Glitter cardstock and the Hello Autumn stamp set.
