VIDEO: Lovely Layers Heart Vine with Honey Bee Stamps

Welcome everyone! I have a card to share today using the newly released Lovely Layering Heart Vines from Honey Bee Stamps.

VIDEO

I have a video showing how I created my card along with some tips that you can view down below or HERE on my Youtube channel.

CARD DETAILS

The Lovely Layering Herat Vine is beautiful yet oh so delicate.

To do the ink blending on the solid layer, I die cut it from white card stock two times. I flipped my negative piece (piece I die cut from) over and attached post it tape behind the openings. Then flipped the card stock back to the front side and placed my die cut pieces back in.

That will hold it in place while I ink blend.

I used Worn Lipstick, Squeezed Lemonade, Peacock Feathers and Wilted Violet Distress Oxide inks for my blending using the blending brushes from Honey Bee Stamps.

My outline of the vines are die cut from Gold Foil card stock and I attached them using Honey Bee Stamps liquid glue.

My vines are added to a white card panel and then after attached the vines with liquid glue, I trimmed the panel down to 3 3/4″ x 5″. I layered the panel with 3 pieces of white card stock measuring about the same size and added to a Fog card base.

This sentiment is from the Pick Up Lines stamp set. I heat embossed it on black card stock using white embossing powder. Then added to the front of the card with black foam squares.

I finished off the card with some Rainbow embellishments using my liquid glue and embellishment wand.

I hope you enjoyed today’s inspiration and find the tips I share in the video helpful in any of your cardmaking projects.
