Cards Gina K Designs Pearl Blossom Press

Let’s Glow with Gina K Designs & Pearl Blossom Press Blog Hop

Welcome to the Let’s Glow hop with Gina K Designs and Pear Blossom Press! We’re sharing beautiful cards with a double-wow factor; they feature the beautiful stamps and dies you can only find from Gina K, and they all light up! (Don’t worry, that part is easy with the help of Pear Blossom Press’ EZ-Lights.) Be sure to hop along with us for lots of inspiration; our designers have come up with some gorgeous cards…

I knew immediately I wanted to use the Lovely Lotus stamp set. I always envisioned a glow behind the lotus and with the help of the EZ-lights, I could!

Now unfortunately, these pictures do not do this justice. I have the lights placed directly behind the Lotus so the background lights up.

I heat embossed the Lovely Lotus in clear embossing powder onto layering white card stock. I ink blended Passionate Pink and Innocent Pink and wiped away the excess ink. Then used the coordinating die to cut it out.

The background is ink blended with Innocent Pink, Passionate Pink, and Wild Lilac.

I used the Single Stitched Circle die and die cut it from Vellum. Then used the dot runner to attach my items to the front of the card.

Behind the front card panel, I have the EZ-lights with the lights placed directly behind the top of the flower. I added the new Clear Dew Drops around the flower petals and placed a large Dew Drop where the button is to light up my card.

My sentiment is from the Flower Child stamp set. I heat embossed it in White onto Black Onyx card stock.

Amanda is a genius for making these light up cards so easy! And she’s a sweetheart to boot! I’m so glad Pearl Blossom Press and Gina K Designs have teamed up today!
