Hello and welcome to Lawn Fawn’s Fall & Winter 2020 Inspiration and Release week! On September 10 our 14 new stamp sets and coordinating dies, 25 new standalone die sets, two new paper collections and all of our exciting new products will be for sale at your favorite store and Lawn Fawn website.
Today I’m sharing inspiration using the NEW Fox Costumes Before n Afters. While it’s meant to be used with the Magic Picture Changer, I couldn’t resist making a Slimline card to feature all of the adorable images.
I used both of the Slimline die sets for my card which leaves me stitched edges.
The background was created by ink blending Twisted Citron, Lucky Clover and Black Soot Distress Oxide inks. Then I went back over it with the Cloudy Stencil and Black Soot. I added a Super Moon by die cutting a circle and ink blending Antique Linen and Mustard Seed Distress Oxide inks.
I used the Slimline Stitched Hillside die cut from Cilantro card stock and ink blended with Lucky Clover and Black Soot Distress Oxide inks for the bottom of my card. I also added the Birch Trees die cut from Black card stock to fill in the background a little.
After my background was completely dry, I heat embossed a sentiment in white and it really pops from the background!
To make this party complete, I added in some pumpkins from the Pick of the Patch stamp set.
Seriously, how cute is that little Bee Costume?! It’s my favorite!
