Welcome everyone! I want to share with you a card I created with the new Fleur di lis Stencil from Picket Fence Studios and how I ink blended on dark card stock.
I started by spraying the back of my stencil with Pixie Spray. Pixie Spray is a low-tack spray adhesive so it will hold my stencil in place on my Black card stock.
Then I will ink blend on Unicorn White pigment ink with a Life Changing Blender Brush. Once I covered the area, I’m going to remove the stencil and wipe away the excess ink. After letting the pigment ink dry on the card stock, I’m going to reattach it by lining up my image.
Starting from the center and working my way out, I’m going to ink blend on Salty Ocean and Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide ink. By applying the White pigment ink first, it allows these light oxide colors to show through a little more.
I trimmed the panel down to 3 3/4″ x 5″ and attach to a white A2 card base and finish off by adding the Scripty Hello that I die cut from Silver Sparkle card stock.
