I have a bunch of Mama Elephant stamp sets but my one problem? They were all Christmas stamp sets and honestly I did not want to create a Christmas card right now. So, I had to get a little creative.
I’m using the Me & My Yeti stamp set and Sentiments from a Yeti. There is this adorable star banner on it that I thought would work well with welcoming a new baby.
I created a colorful scene for my Yeti by ink blending clouds onto my background. Now unfortunately, this was a random background I had created one time and so I have no idea what I used but if I were to venture a guess I would saw Scattered Star and Worn Lipstick.
I added grass by die cutting a grassy border from Cilantro cardstock and heat embossing a sentiment from the Swan Soiree stamp set from Lawn Fawn.
Hard to see in the pictures but I added a Nuvo Shimmer Pen to the stars for a little shine.
Take a look at your stamp sets and see if there is a Christmas one you can put into a colorful scene like this, that is, if you aren’t in the mood to create a Christmas card like me lol.
