Altenew Cards Stencils Zig Clean Color Markers

Altenew April 2020 Stamps/Dies/Stencils/Stamping Mat/Sequins Release Blog Hop & Giveaway

Welcome everyone and Happy Friday! I’m excited to be a part of the new release from Altenew and we are celebrating with an amazing blog hop!

I’m sharing just a few of the new products that are being released so be sure to check out the Altenew website to catch the full release.

Fist I’m going to start with the new Stamping Mat. This is a 12″ x 16″ Silicone mat great for watercoloring, ink blending, heat embossing and every day crafting.

Next is the new sequins mix. These come in Satin White, Satin Gold and Antique Gold and are packaged in these beautiful glass containers with a cork stopper. Not only do the sequins add a special touch to your project but these bottles look amazing on your desk!

Now I’m kicking off the inspiration with the Mega Bloom Stencil and it’s Mega! I ink blended my stencil with Ruby Red, Coral Berry and Sunray Altenew Inks. Then spritzed with Iridescent Spray for some sparkle.

I heat embossed a sentiment from the Sentiment Strips 2 stamp set onto Black cardstock with White embossing powder.

If you are looking for a go-to sentiment stamp set – this is it! You’ll notice in my picture a matching envelope with a sentiment stamped on it. This comes from the new Envelope Art stamp set. It’s such a great way to dress up your envelopes.

This next card is featuring the Envelope Art stamp set. Not only is this set amazing for decorating your envelopes but you can use it on card fronts as well!

I stamped the image in Black copic friendly ink and colored with copic markers. For a special touch, I added the new Sequins mix around my foliage using liquid glue and topped with Midas Touch Crystalline Drops.

Next I have this amazing her cover die. This is the Radial Star that I die cut out of white 110 lb cardstock.

I created a backround by ink blending Cracked Pistachio, Peacock Feathers and Broken China Distress Oxide Inks onto 80lb white cardstock. Then I applied Moonstone Glimmer Paste over the top of my ink blended panel.

Once dry, I attached my Radial Star panel using Liquid Glue. I finished off with a sentiment from Sentiment Strips 2 that I stamped onto a circle die cut and added to the center with a foam square.

Next is a very clean and simple card. I did some masking and stamped a pile of presents to the center of my card using a variety of inks. This set also has a coordinating Masking Stencil that you can purchase separately and makes masking so much easier then fussy cutting.

Last but not least is the new Statement Flowers stamp set. What a beautiful image! I heat embossed the image in Gold Embossing Powder onto Fabriano Artistico watercolor paper and watercolored with Zig markers.

After die cutting out my image with a coordinating die, I added it to a background I created using the Marble Stencil ink blended on Plum card stock.

I fiished off with a sentiment from the Sentiment Strips 2 stamp set that I heat embossed in Gold embossing powder onto Black cardstock.

This is another great opportunity to use the beautiful new sequins mix.

I hope you ejoyed today’s inspiration!
