Altenew Build-A-Flower: Stargazer Release Blog Hop + GIVEAWAY

Welcome everyone! I’m so excited to be joining Altenew in their blog hop celebrating the latest release: the Build-A-Flower Stargazer! Once again the set blows me away!

Blog hop and prize information will be listed at the end of this post.

CARD DETAILS

For both cards, I stamped the image in multiple colors. I used the Enchanted Garden, Glacier and Rose Petals ink pad sets from Altenew. The leaves were stamped using Firefly, Mountain Pine and Grass Fields inks.

I used the coordinating die to cut out my images with my Gemini Jr die cutting machine.

The background for this first card was created by ink blending Blueprint Sketch and Chipped Sapphire Distress Oxides inks onto Lapis cardstock. Then I added Metallic white ink splatters.

My next card is using the exact same card design but changing up the background colors.

I ink blended Picked Raspberry and Seedless Preserve Distress Oxide inks onto Ballet Slippers cardstock. Then once again adding ink splatters with the Metallic Watercolor set from Altenew.

The sentiment for both cards are from the Stargazer stamp set. I stamped them in embossing ink onto black cardstock and heat embossed with white embossing powder. Then trimmed down to a thin strip and added to the card front with foam squares.
