Dahlia Bouquet – Picket Fence Studios

Welcome everyone! Thank you for joining me today. I have some inspiration to share from Picket Fence Studios featuring the gorgeous Dahlia Bouquet stamp set.

This is a large 6″ x 6″ stamp set of a beautiful Dahlia that takes up an entire card front. You could color it in any coloring medium of your choice or do as I did here, which is use it as a soft background image.

I started ink blending the edges of a piece of Jelly Donut card stock with Grape Juice Ink using my blending brush. I kept the edges dark and faded off towards the middle.

Once the ink was completely dry, I prepped my card stock with an anti static powder tool. Then, I stamped the Dahlia Bouquet image in embossing ink using my Misti Stamping tool. Next I sprinkled on Sparkle Embossing Powder and heat set.

For my sentiment, I die cut the word “Love Ya” once from Pixie Dust card stock and two more times from white card stock. I stacked my sentiment with liquid glue for dimension. The “Love Ya” die also has a shadow die in which I die cut from Vellum and attached my layered sentiment to.

I added the entire sentiment piece to the front of my card and dressed it up with Like Magic Sequins. I topped off the sequins with Cloud 9 Dream Drops.

I hope you enjoyed today’s inspiration!
