Cards Christmas Gina K Designs

Gina K Designs October 2019 Release Blog Hop Day 1

Welcome to Day 1 of the Gina K Designs October Release Blog Hop! We have tons of inspiration to share with you.

PRIZES

Let’s start with some prizes shall we? Leave some leave for the designers along the way to be eligible to win a $50 gift certificate to the Gina K Designs store. Winners will be announced on October 28, 2019 on the Gina K Designs Blog.

CARD DETAILS

We are featuring two stamp sets today. The first set is Pallet Christmas. I love all the little elements on this set. Although it’s originally meant to work with the Perfect Pallets set that was previously released I decided to utilize the small images.

I created a background by ink blending the Sassy Stripes stencil onto Sea Glass card stock with Turquoise Sea Ink.

Once the ink was dry, I heat embossed the sentiments and the small star image onto the front of the card with Silver Embossing Powder.

Next I’m featuring the Holiday Trees stamp set. I adore all the different designs of these trees.

I stamped the trees in Key Lime, Passionate Pink and Turquoise Sea ink. Then used the coordinating die to cut them out.

I stamped a sentiment at the bottom of the card using the Christmas Script and Holiday Trees stamp set. Then arranged my trees above them.

I’m loving the non-traditional colors for my Christmas cards lately.

Hope you enjoyed these clean and simple cards for today. Be sure to leave a comment to enter the amazing giveaway and we will have inspiration for your tomorrow!

I shared MORE inspiration last night for the release so you can check out my previous post HERE (clickable link). I also have a video up on my Youtube channel featuring the You Warm My Heart stamp set that you can view HERE (clickable link) or down below.
