CARD DETAILS

My first card is featuring the Beach Towel Stripe Stencil. I lightly ink blended the background with Silver Stone ink. I trimmed the panel down to 4″ x 5 1/4″ and added to a card base made from Stormy Sky card stock from Gina K Designs.

I paired the Japenese Mum with my background and added a sentiment from the Bright Blossoms stamp set.

My next card features the Bubble Wrap Stencil. I added this to a white piece of card stock using Altenew’s Embossing Paste.

I trimmed my panel down the 4″ x 5 1/4″ and added to a white card base with craft foam. My sentiment is from the Fancy Greetings stamp set and I added a few flowers from the Bright Blossoms set to embellish.

I have another card using the Bubble Wrap stencil. This time I stenciled it on using a rainbow of colors from Altenew!

I cleaned off my stencil, realigned it on my card front and then stamped Clear Embossing Ink over the stencil. I removed the stencil, and then added some Sparkle Embossing powder and heat embossed.

I finished off this card by adding the word Friend die cut from black card stock and a sentiment stamped from the Bright Blossoms stamp set.

I have a very clean and simple design using the Buffalo Plain Builder. This is a really neat layering stencil but I decided to mask off one area of the stencil and use that for a design. Of course I stenciled it in rainbow colors.

Once again, I used the Bright Blossoms stamp set for a sentiment, stamped in Obsidian Black ink.

Next up is the Diamond Builder Stencil. These stencils are lots of fun. Flip your stencil to create unique designs!

I stamped my design in the Rose Petal Ink Collection. I stamped a sentiment from the Fancy Greetings set and then trimmed my panel down and added to a white card base with craft foam.

The Color Block Hearts stencil is another fun one where you flip the stencil to create hearts all over your background!

I stenciled a panel and cut out with a heart shape to add to a panel of Tangerine Twist card stock. The cute little sentiment is again from the Bright Blooms stamp set.

My last set of cards is featuring the Wonderful Wreath stencil. I created this design by ink blending in rainbow colors and then shifting the stencil to offset it and stencil in those same colors again.

How awesome does this look in rainbow colors?! I stamped a sentiment from the Japanese Mum stamp set in the center of the card. I then added some berries with Nuvo drops.

My last card I stenciled the Wonderful Wreath in traditional colors. These would make great Christmas cards but I love having Thank You cards on hand so I stamped another sentiment from the Japenese Mum stamp set.

I once again added berries using Nuvo Drops.

I hope you enjoyed today’s inspiration! There are more stencils being release and I’ll list then all below. If you follow me, you know I love stencils and plan on working with these some more in a video.

Thank you for stopping by today! If you want to check out the full hop, be sure to head to the beginning at the Altenew blog.

I liked every one of your cards:) Have a Bright Sunshiny Day was a very appropriate sentiment to use on your 2 brightly, colored cards. I liked the clean and simple one stripe of the plaid stencil since most others have used it in a plaid design. I especially loved the multi-colored wreath – so pretty!

  16. Lauryne Cunningham says:

What a beautiful set of cards! I love how you lightly inked the Beach Towel stencil on your first card! It looks really pretty diagonally!

  17. I especially like the wreaths. Beautiful colors, sparkle accents. Not to fancy but impactful.
