CARD DETAILS

For my first card I’m using the Tiffany Lavaliere Etched Die. There are seriously so many pieces to this die set. You are really getting a good deal! I loved the middle element of this set which inspired me to make two cards.

I ink blended Milled Lavender, Victorian Velvet and Aged Mahogany Distress Oxide ink onto Neenah Solar white card stock. I then layered my ink blended piece onto white card stock with craft foam for dimension.

My center elements from the Tiffany Lavaliere die were die cut from Pixie Dust card stock and Gold Glitter card stock and layered on top of each other with liquid glue.

The sentiments on all of the cards comes from the Lots to Say stamp set from Concord & 9th. I heat embossed them onto Black card stock with embossing powder and trimmed to a thin strip.

My next card is still using the Tiffany Lavaliere but this time I didn’t add the frame and die cut the center piece into white card stock. This would make a great shaker card but instead I ink blended another background using the same colors.

I then die cut a frame from Gold Glitter card stock and added it around my window.

So delicate!

I love this soft color combo as well.

There are enough dies to cut out an entire card front but I really enjoyed working with the center pieces. This next card is featuring the Antiquities Square Etched die. Using the frame and the center piece, I held them together with purple tape and die cut from Gold Glitter car dstock.

Using just the frame piece, I die cut out a window from a white notecard.

I ink blended my background with Picked Raspberry, Aged Mahogany and Ground Espresso and added my window piece. Next I added the gold center piece with liquid glue.

I love how the gold on this deep red background looks.

I used the same color combo as the previous card for my next card. This time you can see a little more of the pink/red. I die cut out the outside frame with white card stock using the Cannetille Rectangle.

I love leaving open space. This gives me the opportunity to play with backgrounds.

My last card I sharing today is featuring the Marquise Diamond Suite Glimmer Hot Foil Plate. This requires the Spellbinders Glimmer Hot Foil System and there specialty foil

I foiled it onto Bubblegum Pink card stock with gold foil. Then I ink blended the panel with Aged Mahogany and Ground Espresso. The foil resists the ink so I was able to wipe it away and reveal the shine of the foil.

I hope you enjoyed today’s inspiration. So many possibilities with this collection.

You’re next stop is Varada Sharma.
