Cards Copics Distress Inks Glimmer Paste Neat and Tangled

Paint me a Rainbow with Neat & Tangled!

Welcome everyone! I’m up on the Neat & Tangled blog with a very colorful card! Can you believe this is a one layer card?!

I started by stamping this little girl from the Complementary Color stamp set is copic friendly ink onto Neenah Solar White card stock. I knew I was going to a rainbow shooting out of the tube so I colored the label in rainbow colors.

For the colorful burst I used the Landscape stencil. I actually cut it a part a little so I could frame off this area and have it swooping out. I then masked off the rest of the card with post it tape to protect it from colors.

I ink blended Candied Apple, Carved Pumpkin, Mustard Seed, Cracked Pistachio, Salty Ocean and Wilted Violet Distress Ink with a blending brush. With the masks and stencil still in place, I applied Moonstone Glimmer paste over the blended area.

Check out that sparkly rainbow!

When everything was dry, I stamped the sentiment to the bottom of the card. I used the Thank You sentiment from the Sweet Treats stamp set and stamped in Altenew Obsidian Ink.

Copic Colors used: Skin – E04, E11, E21, E00; Hair – E39, E37, E34; Dress – V17, V15, V12; Paint Tube – C6, C4, C3, C1; Paint Tube Label – R17, YR04, Y15, YG25, BG05, V15, C3, C1
