Welcome everyone! I’m excited to share with you today a new stamp and die set from Taylored Expressions perfect for Father’s Day!

I decided for my card to go bright and colorful because …. well…. that’s just my thing. I get more of a reaction from my husband when I show him my bold cards so I decided that’s what he is getting. I made a few cards with this set so he might get a few extra cards lol.
I ink blended Lime Zest, Cookie Monster, and Blue Corn ink onto Sugar Cube card stock using the Shattered stencil. I trimmed this panel down to 4″ x 5 1/4″ and added to a notecard made from Sea Salt card stock with foam tape.
I die cut my Dad die cut work three times from Sugar Cube card stock and layered with Connect glue for dimension.
There are so many amazing and fun sentiments on the Dadisms stamp set. I heat embossed my sentiment onto Oreo card stock with white embossing powder and trimmed down to a thin strip. I added the strip to my card front with foam tape and used that as a guideline to add my die cut letters.
I couldn’t stop there and created a few more cards. These cards shown below is using the Dad word die and Dadisms stamp set. I also stamped the Buffalo Plaid background stamp onto Earl Gray card stock with Oreo ink.
