Welcome everyone! I have a card to share with you tonight for the Gina K Designs Monthly Mix It Challenge that I’m hosting. The theme is Ombre Ink blending.
If you follow me you know I love to ink blend. This card took me maybe 15 minutes to make. Ink blending is such a great technique to add to a card and really packs a punch!
My card above, I ink blended Sweet Mango, Wild Dandelion, and Lemon Drop onto Gina’s Layering white card stock with a Life Changing Brush. Then I added the Crazy Daisy Stencil with White Glitz Glitter Gel. This has so much sparkle but really hard to capture the true beauty on camera.
I layered my card panel onto White card stock and then the base which was created from Wild Dandelion card stock. I stepped out of my comfort zone by using yellows but it’s so bright and cheerful.
The sentiment is heat embossed in white embossing powder onto black card stock and trimmed down to a thing strip. I added it to my card front with some foam squares for a little dimension. This sentiment came from the Hugs stamp set.

I really love the simplicity and elegance of this card, it’s beautiful
