CARD DETAILS

For today’s card I’m using the Crazy Daisy Stamp, Stencil and coordinating die set. I stamped my flowers in Wild Dandelion, Bubblegum Pink, and Sea Glass ink from Gina K Designs. The leaves are stamped in Key Lime and Grass Green inks. I then used the coordinating die to cut them out by holding in place with Purple tape and my Gemini Jr machine.

Once all my images are cut out I DO NOT throw out the card stock that I die cut from. I actually place one of my flowers back into place and hold in place from the back with Purple Tape. Then I lined up my stencil and applied the Glitz Glitter Gel. I used White, Bubblegum Pink and Turquoise Sea Glitz Glitter Gel.

I found it easier this way because my image is already cut out and I don’t have to worry running it through my die cut machine and flattening the Gel.

To create the background, I used a circle stencil from the Mega Wreath Builder Template and held in place with Purple Tape. Then ink blended Key Lime, Sea Glass and Tranquil Teal ink with my Life Changing Blender Brush. I stamped my sentiment with the Gina K Designs Black Amalgam ink and attached my panel to an A2 notecard made from Whisper card stock.

I layered my arrangement onto my card starting with the leaves. The pink and yellow flowers are attached with foam squares for dimension.

I have to say I am having a blast with the Glitz Glitter Gels! Be sure to check out the video HERE to see it in action!
