Picket Fence Studios March Release

Welcome everyone! I’m excited to be sharing with you some products from the March 2019 release from Picket Fence Studios! I have lots to share so grab a coffee, sit back and enjoy!

My first card is featuring the BFF Girl Ava and this snarky sentiment from the I Snorted stamp set. I thought this girl was showing a little attitude and would match this fun sentiment.

I was going for an artsy feel with this one. I stamped my image with copic friendly ink and only colored in the skin with copics. I used the coordinating die to cut out my image. To create the shirt, I sprayed Picked Raspberry and Fossilized Amber Distress Oxide Sprays onto a piece of cardstock. Then stamped my image, cut out the shirt portion and attached to my copic colored image. Super cool right?!

My next card I’m super in love with! I think these would make great graduation type of cards. This is using Color Can Heal The Soul stamp set.

To create the multiple colors, I started by stamping my Cherry Red ink from Gina K Designs. I’m only inking up a portion of the stamp and before I stamp my card stock, I dab the edge where my ink ends with a sponge dauber. This will help ease the transition between colors. Once stamped (using my Misti tool), I clean the stamp and ink up with my next color which is Wild Dandelion. Same process. I’ll continue stamping this way, dabbing the edges and cleaning in between using Blue Raspberry and Wild Lilac.

Once all of my stamping is done, I’ll add the sentiment and trim my panel down to add to a notecard made from Fog card stock.

Next is using the stamp set Wild Rose Bouquet. To create this card, I sprayed Fossilized Amber and Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide Spray onto white card stock.

Using Versafine Black ink, I stamp my image in the bottom corner of the card. The sentiment is from the You Got This stamp set in which I stamped in Clear Ink onto a strip of Vellum and heat embossed with Gina K Designs Champagne Embossing Powder.

I’ll wrap this Vellum piece around the bottom of the card and secure on the back with some tape. Then I can attach this panel to a white notecard. This helps attach my Vellum without showing any adhesive.

My next card is also using the Wild Rose Bouquet stamp set. This time I stamped the image onto Neenah Solar White card stock with copic friendly ink. Then I only colored in the flowers with my copics markers. I was in an artsy mood when creating and decided to leave the rest white.

I added detail to the center of the flowers with a white gel pen. My sentiment comes from the Maddie Kitten stamp set. I trimmed down this panel and added to a white notecard.

One last card to share! Whew! Thanks for hanging in there with me!

Now this time I’m using one of the new stencils and paired it with the Let’s Hang Out stamp set. I started with ink blending Blueprint Sketch and Wilted Violet Distress Oxide using the Life Changing blender brush and new stencil. Leaving the stencil in place, I applied Gina K Designs White Glitter Glitz Gel.

From a piece of white card stock I die cut a circle and stamped the sentiment at the bottom. I also had stamped the image and used the coordinating die to cut it out. I didn’t do any coloring to it (shocker!) and attached my image behind my window.

This is such an amazing release! I hope you enjoyed today’s inspiration and thank you to Picket Fence Studios for letting me play with all of these new goodies.
