Concord & 9th Tool Kit Debut

Welcome back everyone ! I have something amazing to share with you today! First, I’m excited to announce I’m guest designing this month with Concord & 9th and what an absolutely amazing month to be a part of. It’s all about Turnabouts! Today’s post is featuring their new Everyday Bouquet Turnabout Toolkit.
I have a video showing you the contents of the kit and how to make THREE cards. You can view the video down below or HERE on my Youtube channel.
CARD DETAILS
I go through details in my video but here is a look at all three cards I made. The Turnabout stamps help you create either multi color images or you can use a solid color and still have a beautiful pattern. The Toolkit comes with Mini Turnabout stamp set and die, Turnabout Jig, Removable adhesive, adhesive remover, cardstock and envelopes. Everything you need to get “Turning” except ink.
This is an exclusive bundle meaning the stamp and die set will not be listed outside of the kit and only available while supplies last so act quickly!
For my first card, I did a basic Turnabout using Slate, Moonlit Fog, Seaglass and Blue Lagoon ink pads. These colors are amazing together and check out that perfect pattern.  I used the designed alignment sheet that comes in this kit to line up my images. No more drawing on your stamps! Be sure to watch the VIDEO for details how to use it. It’s a lot easier to understand by me showing you.
Once I had my stamp lined up on the designed alignment sheet, I matched up the x’s on my transparency with the one on my jig that is loaded in the Misti tool. I closed the door of my Misti, picked up the stamp, removed the transparency and I am ready to stamp! Stamp and turn, stamp and turn. That’s it! I cleaned the stamp and changed colors with each turn.
For this next card, I stepped it up a little. I followed the same steps for loading the stamp set into my Misti but instead of color, I’m using Versarmark to stamp my images with each turn. I’m using a piece of Seaglass cardstock which I have lined up on my jig. Once I had the complete image stamped, I sprinkled with silver embossing powder and heat embossed. Gorgeous right?
Next, I ink blended Seaglass, TranquilT Teal and Edible Eggplant around the edges of my card. I kept it darker on the outer most edges and left it light in the middle. I talk a little in the video about ink blending when the cardstock is a little warped from the heat embossing and what brushes I prefer so be sure to check that out.
Then I flicked on my perfect pearls that I had mixed with water. This adds so much shimmer to the card. I heat embossed the sentiment onto black cardstock with white embossing powder. I cut the sentiment down to a thin strip and added to the card front with foam tape. I couldn’t resist adding some jewels around the edge of the image.
My next card is taking the Turnabout to the next level. This time I’m creating my pattern off on the side of the card so I had to adjust my cardstock in my Jig. I used the same colors as listed for the first card but after the last color is stamped I left my panel in the Misti. I cleaned my stamp and then stamped over the top of my last color with Versamark ink and heat embossed with WOW Clear Sparkle Embossing Glitter. This is stunning in person!
Using the dies in the kit , I die cut two banners, one in white and one in black. Taking the one in black, I added the Thanks die on top and die cut the words out. Then I layered my two pieces together. I added the banner to the front of the card with foam tape and a few jewels around it. The Thanks words that were die cut out I added to the first card that I had shown. So I was able to use all of my pieces !
Talk about an amazing kit right?! You can create these too with the Everyday Bouquet Turnabout Toolkit ! Remember, only while supplies last so pick yours up today!
I hope you enjoyed today’s inspiration. I had a blast creating these and can’t wait to share what else I’ve been designing.
